The Student Life Fee Referendum will ensure the survival of several organizations and campus traditions as well as fund other ASUC-sponsored student groups by reallocating over $115,000 previously budgeted to ASUC SUPERB. UC Berkeley’s mandatory student fees are among the lowest in the nation and are not enough to fund current student activities. Without student support, ASUC SUPERB, the Cal Band, UC Jazz Ensembles and UC Choral Ensembles will be unable to offer many of the entertainment events and services that students have the right to receive.
